Smoky Jack is a new restaurant just voted the best restaurant (fusion) 2009 by the CHT network on 1st of August 2009 which is located at Upper Penang Road.
Smoky Jack comes with a unique interior design which uses recycles item like doors, barrels, half of boats for its roof top and wood paneling and intimate lighting, faux wooded branches hang from every corner of the ceiling and walls. While huge fiber glass cocoon seats ensure privacy for its diners. The selection of menu isn't extensive, what's available is quite decent.
